By far the worst experience I ever had to go through with the loss of my father in law. To add insult to injury the hawthorne funeral home made matters even worse. The cold ATTITUDE we were met with when we first arrived to make arrangements was unnecessary, the constant mistakes made by the staff was unacceptable (also they put the blame back on us). Seemed like to my wife and I like they just wanted our money and didn't care about our families needs during this difficult time. The facility needs modernizing and a good cleaning. Tiny rooms and unclean bathrooms made matters worse. We aren't a very big family but still had difficulty getting guests into the chapel and parking lot. My advise is to search for another funeral home, this one deserves 0 stars and should not be in business!
